INDUSTRIAL SCAFFOLDING ON CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN NORTHERN NEW SOUTH WALES AND SOUTH EAST QUEENSLAND

Byron Bay Scaffold provides a range of scaffolding and temporary structures to industrial projects throughout New South Wales and Australia-wide. We have even supplied scaffolding services to large international mining operations, such as Papua New Guinea's Lihir Mine & the MOPU site.

Our other industrial projects include:

  • Factories
  • Power plants
  • Heavy industry construction
  • Mining & quarry

Participation in these projects has ranged from supporting major refurbishments and construction to ongoing, long-term maintenance work. We provide specialist services to support installation, maintenance, refurbishment, decommissioning & replacement of plants and infrastructure.

Our designers lead the field in innovative solutions & unique design—we work with you to plan and design scaffolding needed for each project. This begins with initial schematic sketches, and once those are approved, we'll supply construction drawings complete with calculations for each project.

We're proud to have a reputation for delivering contracts on time and within budget, while never compromising on quality.

Byron Bay Scaffold can supply a wide range of scaffolding for your project including birdcage scaffolding, access towers, edge protection and gantries.

To ensure your construction schedule is being met, we're happy to work out of hours.

Lihir Island Mining–Papua New Guinea

Our qualified team travelled to Papua New Guinea, providing equipment, staff and training to local workers to enable scaffolding of infrastructure at the Newcrest mine on Lihir Island.

The team used suspended ‘tube and coupler' scaffold, which is a suspended platform supported by tubing. It's erected with coupling devices to connect uprights, braces, bearers and runners.
